Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity occurring under it.
Reservations and Payments
Parking availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. All fees, charges, and applicable taxes must be paid through approved payment methods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate any law or regulation
Interfere with the operation of SPOT
Misrepresent your identity
Circumvent payment systems
Use SPOT for fraudulent purposes
Suspension
SPOT may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms.
Disclaimer
SPOT is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPOT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
SMS Messaging Terms
SPOT sends SMS messages only when a user requests phone-number verification, account authentication, or an account-security action.
By entering a mobile phone number in the SPOT mobile application and tapping “Send Verification Code,” the user expressly consents to receive a one-time password or verification message from SPOT at the number provided.
Message frequency varies according to the number of verification requests initiated by the user. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out may prevent the user from completing phone-number verification or accessing features that require SMS authentication.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
